Join us for HOMAGE: A Celebration of Fashion, Art, and Inclusivity

Saturday, May 3rd
1 PM - 4 PM
Location: Arden Fair, Lower-level near Coach

HOMAGE at Arden Fair, an exciting event that celebrates inclusivity and community through the transformative art of fashion. This event will feature a runway presentation showcasing local Sacramento designers who are reimagining iconic fashion inspirations, drawing from legendary designers, iconic eras, and famous cultural figures that have shaped the world of style.

Whether it’s the timeless elegance of vintage silhouettes, or the influence of revolutionary designers like Coco Chanel, Alexander McQueen, or Versace, these designers will pay homage to fashion’s enduring legacy while adding their own unique, modern twist.

What’s Happening at HOMAGE:

Iconic Runway Show: Local designers put a fresh spin on timeless fashion masterpieces.

Designer Q&A: Get an insider look into the creative process with the designers.

Gender-Affirming Closet Donation: Support the LGBTQ+ community by donating gently used clothing and makeup to The Gender Health Center.

Raffle: Donate to the Gender-Affirming Closet and be entered to win a prize featuring products from Arden Fair and local vendors.

Artisan Vendors: Shop unique, handcrafted items from talented local artisans.

Hosted by Keia Kodama, the program will offer a truly immersive experience, including captivating storytelling and an interactive Q&A with the designers. This offers the audience an opportunity to engage more deeply with the creative process, learn about the inspirations behind the designs, and explore how the past continues to influence the future of fashion.

In partnership with the Gender Health Center, HOMAGE proudly highlights LGBTQ+ inclusivity by hosting a Gender-Affirming Closet donation center. This initiative encourages attendees to donate gently used clothing, accessories, and makeup that support gender expression and identity. All donations will directly benefit individuals in the LGBTQ+ community who are seeking clothing that affirms their identity.
Join us for an unforgettable afternoon of fashion, inclusivity, and community!

Following the live event, a window art display will showcase select designer fashion looks from the runway to inspire creativity.
